History
Udayan Care's mission is to bring sunlight into the lives of those who are vulnerable. We're working in a number of locations to help our community where needed. Noida is one of Uttar Pradesh's most important cities, with a diverse population. It is a community that is both developed and impoverished.
We opened one Udayan Ghar (Boys) in 2007 for children without families and a similar one for girls in 2008 in Noida, driven by our unwavering commitment to make a positive difference in the lives of the poor. These children are cared for and protected at the Home, which makes them feel at ease.
In January of 2020, the first batch of 47 Shalinis was inducted. As the chapter's first donor, GE T&D India Limited was instrumental in its establishment. Cambridge School management was kind enough to offer their venue for different activities under USF programme. This chapter's second batch was inducted in December 2020, despite Covid-19 pandemic, using on-line mode. Not only did USF Noida welcome its 40 new Shalinis, but it also welcomed Genpact as a new donor. We've had the privilege of enrolling 87 new Shalinistill March 2021.
