From the seed of aspiration to the fruit of achievement

Growing up in a humble household where he saw his father work as a security guard, at 19, Ritesh showed maturity beyond his years. Determined to ease his father’s burden, Ritesh sought part-time work after completing school. A brilliant student, he aspired to speak fluent English, but lacked the necessary resources. Everything changed when his father brought home a pamphlet about Udayan Care's Noida IT Centre, supported by HCL Foundation. Ritesh enrolled in a 3-month Accounts Assistant Training Program, gaining skills in Tally Prime, Excel, and soft skills. Within two months, he secured a part-time internship at a CA firm. His dedication and new skills led to a full-time role with a ₹20,000/month salary, surpassing his father’s income. Today, Ritesh is on the path to a promising career, proving that with support and determination, dreams can come true.
