A small-town girl named Jayantika switched to Noida from Bareilly to pursue higher education. She grew up along with her two sisters, and during that time she observed how people sympathized with her parents for not having a son, but her parents did not think like that. They always paid attention to providing good education to their daughters and making them independent financially. Jayantika got connected with HCLF-Udayan Care Yuvakendra (Noida) in March 2021 through a pamphlet that she received from the community mobilizer. Without wasting a single day, she went to Yuvakendra and began training in the Data Entry Operator (DEO) course, and after 4 months of intensive training, she was hired as a backend operations executive by a company in Noida. Today, Jayantika and her father contribute equally to the monthly household expenses.
