Udayan Care IT programme believes in ensuring dignity and self-reliance to the youth of India. We started the Udayan Care Computer Learning Centre at Sahibabad (Ghaziabad), on 5th May 2015 with the support of United Decoratives Pvt Ltd; an organization started by a young entrepreneur and visionary, Mr R.K. Jindal. After successfully training the local youth for more than 4 years, the centre reached a saturation point. Therefore, in 2019, we decided to relocate the Centre to a more suitable place. Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) helped us with infrastructure support in establishing the new Centre in Loni, Ghaziabad (UP).

Loni Centre offers Diploma in Information Technology (DIT), CTSP (Community Technology Skills Programme), Tally 9.0 and DCA (Diploma in Computer Application). Personality Development, English Speaking, and Life Skills training are also made a part of the curriculum, to make students job-ready. Training and career counselling through our placement cell assists the students in getting entry-level jobs, thus improving the standard of living of their families.

Impact of the project
Since the inception of the project, we have inducted 714 underserved community youth in job-specific & digital literacy courses, out of these 70% students who completed their training in job-specific courses, have started working in relevant field with good entry-level salary.
