Carrying forward Udayan Care’s mission to provide every adult the dignity of self-reliance, Kishwarna - Udayan Care Computer learning Centre in Badarpur was established in 2007, to enable under-served youth and adults with computer literacy and urban skills . By developing computer and vocational skills, we can help the youth improve their employability by helping them join the jobs available or setting up their businesses. Our center offers Diploma in Information Technology (DIT), Tally PRO, and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), Community Technology Skills Programme (CTSP), Personality Development, English Speaking and life skills training to make our students job-ready. Their family incomes are increased at least by 40%, thus improving their overall standard of living.

We provide professional digital training to 200 underserved community youth annually in IT courses. We follow the 70:30 model (70% in job specific & 30% in Digital Literacy) at this centre. We empower disadvantaged children and youth with informed choices/decisions related to their personal, financial and social life. We help families in underserved communities achieve comprehensive growth and development. We improve job preparedness by including personality development and communication as a basic component of youth learning and education. To ensure that 70% of youngsters who have been trained in job-specific courses are placed.
