The Udayan Shalini Fellowship Vadodara was established in 2018. This chapter was initiated in collaboration with Lotus Charitable Trust, UJ, led by Mr. Rohin Shah, who agreed to support 30 underprivileged girls in their pursuit of higher education and employability while studying in Class XI. The selection process was meticulously conducted, adhering to the NAT guidelines. On September 9th, 2018, 50 deserving girls were honoured with the Udayan Shalini Fellowships.
Under the proficient guidance of Ms. Minu Hirode as Convenor and Mr. Chaitanya Modi as Co-Convenor, the chapter's core committee was formed. They, along with team members Ms Mamta Baxi, Ms Sharad Mohan, and Regional Manager Ms Pratiksha Solanki, put in tremendous effort to establish and nurture the chapter.
Currently, the Vadodara chapter has an enrollment of 292 Shalinis and over 100 mentors. They have successfully organized more than 300 soft skill workshops, conducted two Residential camps, arranged Industrial Visits, hosted Career Melas, and celebrated Women's Day.
