History

Kalol is a Tribal taluka of the Panchmahal District of Gujarat. The USF Vadodara core team had the dream to reach out to underprivileged girls in rural areas & implement the program. This dream came true by initiating Kalol Chapter in 2022 with the support of Inox India Ltd. It’s a rural setup with 50 Shalinis in 2 batches of 25 each. We have conducted 20 workshops with Shalinis to empower and raise their confidence. The Shalinis were given focused career counselling sessions by 5 mentors from the Inox company.
