It empowers financially constrained but high-achieving scholarship students to pursue postgraduate education. With an equal emphasis on merit and need, the fellowship program supports their studies, granting them flexible loan scholarships and mentoring support. The selected students are also connected with successful professionals as mentors until the students are professionally settled. This practical mentoring support and industry-specific counselling are intended to facilitate better employment and quality of life for these young adults. Sixteen students have taken advantage of this scheme till December 2023.
