Launched in 2021 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, this community-driven initiative prevents children from entering institutional care by partnering with at-risk families and delivering targeted family-strengthening support. The program also prioritises the reintegration of children restored to their families, with sustained follow-up to ensure lasting stability for those transitioning out of care. Today, it directly supports 91 families, while reaching over 950 more indirectly across five pockets in two Delhi districts (South and South East).
