Bought new in 2024 and used for only 1 kid. Absolutely loved it as I can set different settings for right and left breast for complete emptying of both comfortably. It also has a battery so I could use it away from a wall (example, in a car). Comes with all accessories shown. Flanges are 24mm and 28mm. I used it mostly with spectra compatible bottles but do have attachments to be able to use with not as wide bottles (you can see I'm including small vials that can be screwed on with attachment when first starting to get milk supply). There are some minor marks on the screen but it still works perfectly! Let me know if you have any questions!
