1. Imran - A Future Civil Engineer.

Imran, a student from our Badarpur IT centre was trained for 12 months and with the help of faculty he completed Advanced Diploma in Computer Application (ADCA). As a result, he was selected as an IT Trainer in Serve Samman NGO and started earning Rs 5000 per month.

Today he is economically independent and supporting his family.

2. Shivam - A Future Businessman

“I have completed Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from Udayan Care IT Center with an aim to earn money and support my family. This programme helped me gain computer skills and enabled me to get a very good job in MM Exports Company, Faridabad (HR). Today I’m earning Rs 7500 per month and helping my family. 3. Ankit Bhati – A future Entrepreneur

Ankit Bhati mirrors the true essence of giving back to the society with his own Jan Seva Kendra in Kot village, Dadri. The centre helps mobilize support to the people in the village and gives them all the relevant information about the need and importance of birth certificates, aadhar cards, death certificates and other government schemes.

Ankit has completed both the advanced diploma and the basic course in computer application from our serve- samman IT centre in Dadri. He is also simultaneously pursuing his Masters of Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.

Ankit is extremely passionate about his people- to people initiative and wants to take it to higher levels.

4. Lokesh – A successful teacher

Lokesh’s story is one which will reinstall our faith in the courage and determination of today’s youth. The only deterrent which prevents them from achieving their dreams is the lack of opportunities. It was difficult for his father to provide education to his children and upkeep the family of six people.

But the meager family resources did not deter Lokesh’s will to pursue his education further. Lokesh completed his Bachelors in Administration from CCS University, Meerut. Further to bolster his employability/ employment skills, he enrolled himself for Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) at Serve Samman- Udayan Care IT centre in Dadri.

However, Lokesh’s desire to fulfill the dreams of many others like him took a beautiful shape in the form of RK computer center in May 2015.

Lokesh successfully opened his own centre with four computers and is now teaching 20 students who have enrolled themselves in his centre for computer training.

5. Mohammad Naushad – An inspiring computer trainer.

After completing graduation, Naushad- who dreams to become an entrepreneur in the field of computer, enrolled himself for Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) at Serve Samman- Udayan Care IT centre in Dadri.

After completing Diploma in Computer Application (DCA), Naushad now is a proud owner of Mehandi Hasan Computer Institute and teaches a batch of 40 students in the interiors of Chollas village.

He sure has become a role model for many others from his village.

Being the eldest in the family, Naushad has become a major source of support for his family and also contributes towards the education of his 7 siblings

6. Harinder- A Dependable Son

Despite of limited resources, Harinder- the proud son of an auto driver did not let go of his desire to stand up on his own. With almost no financial support from his family, and overcoming his own limitation of being a slow learner in studies, he enrolled himself in Udayan Care’s basic Computer Application course in Vinod Nagar.

Harinder is a true example of how determination can lead one to achieve one’s dream, completed the course.

Our placement centre soon placed him with Cloud 9 securities where he started to learn about the working of CCTV cameras. Today, he has become so adept in his job profile that he is working in the capacity of a field executive and is earning a modest living.

7. Neetu – A Responsible Daughter

Neetu might just be another 19 year old girl but her achievements stand tall and speak volumes about her courage and hard work to change her circumstances. The boundaries of her Kalyan Puri slum became too small as she took a giant leap crossing them to realise her dreams. Undeterred by her father’s death and the inability of her uneducated mother to support Neetu, she nevertheless completed her graduation from Delhi University along with pursuing Udayan Care’s course in typing which ultimately placed her with AMS Comtel in their accounts department.

A stable job and a reasonable monthly income gave her the background to dream even bigger.

She has also completed a Stenographic course from the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) and hopes to secure a government job soon. She also has a brother to look after, who is proud of his sister’s achievements and wants to become like her.
